New song posted

I have put up an mp3 of one of my new originals called “Once Upon a Time” at chris-skel.com. This is the track I recorded with The Turnpike Wrecks. Please don’t be too harsh as it is only a demo version and I have yet to tweak a few spots. For those of you who like to sing along, I will post the lyrics soon.

Find the song here.

On Hillary Clinton-Part 2

Unfortunately, Mrs. Clinton won the democratic primary in New Hampshire yesterday, a state where she is very strong and should have won big. However, with her unexpcted loss in Iowa and the subsequent and all too apparent breakdown of the Clinton campaign machine last week, one thing is certain-she is beatable and not anywhere near as popular as her, her supporters or her campaign thought.

Once again, I must state that I can’t put these things into words intelligently or consisely, so let me offer a quote from Michelle Malkin in this morning’s New York Post. In writing that Mrs. Clinton may have won a single primary, but that her campaign is still in a “tailspin,” Ms. Malkin writes,

“It took a lifetime of lies, deception, hypocrisy and hardball power grabs before Hillary and Bill’s political facades disintegrated. But now, finally, the empty dummy molds underneath have been laid bare completely. “

This race is far from over. And at least for Mrs. Clinton, it will be no walk in the park. In the end, however, and with any luck, this country will be rid of the Clinton menace forever.
